A Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer-Review Rated® attorney, Ronald William Stern has practiced law in Olde Towne Alexandria, Virginia since 1982. In the beginning, Ron represented clients in felony, misdemeanors, and bankruptcy cases. Since 1984 Ron has focused on commercial collection and bankruptcy cases, representing creditors and debtors in pursuit of their rights. He has cases pending in over sixty Virginia cities and counties, from Abingdon to Virginia Beach, including cases in the Western District of Virginia’s U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.
In addition to his own practice, Ron was selected to serve as Of Counsel to Statland & Buckley, P.C. in January 1997, now Deso & Buckley, P.C. It represents major contractors, corporations, and unions in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. Ron continues to serve as Of Counsel, representing clients throughout Northern Virginia.
